DAY1: YANGON (Arrival)

Upon arrival at YANGON international airport, you will be welcomed by our guide and transfer to
your hotel. (Note: Early check in at hotel is subject to availability.)
And then your journey begins with a tour through colonial-style city center of Yangon.
First visit golden SULE PAGODA built over 2,000 years ago. And see the impressive city hall of Yangon. Proceed then to the magnificent reclining Buddha at CHAUK HTAT GYI and the KARAWEIK HALL to marvel at the uniquely decorated “hamsa-bird-shaped” floating barge on KANDAWGYI (ROYAL) LAKE. Visit through the BOGYOKE (SCOTT’S) MARKET (closed on Mondays and public holidays) where hundreds of gemstone, clothes, handicrafts, arts, clothes and food stores are busy day with colurful.
Complete the day with an extended visit to one of the world’s most spectacular monuments, one of the wonders of the world the SHWEDAGON PAGODA.
Lunch and dinner will be to your own account.
Overnight stay in Yangon.

Day2: YANGON - BAGAN

After early breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to BAGAN. Upon arrival start the day with visits to the most slection of significant pagodas and temples of Bagan including SHWEZIGON PAGODA, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine; see 13th Century frescoes adorning the corridors of Kyansittha 'Cave' Temple. Continue to GU BYAUK GYI at Wetkyi Inn village, another 'cave' temple with superb murals of Jataka scenes; Next stop is HTILOMINLO, the last Bamar style temple built in Bagan, with old murals and friezes. And ANANDA TEMPLE, masterpiece of Mon architecture with four standing Buddha images. Visit next to THABYINNYU TEMPLE, the highest in Bagan area. And visit DHAMMAYANGYI TEMPLE widest temple in Bagan which not uncompleted to built.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit one of Myanmar’s most treasured handicrafts, a lacquerware craftsmen’s workshop in nearby MYINKABA village. You will continue to MANUHA TEMPLE, built in the Mon style in 1059 and follow on to NANBAYA TEMPLE, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha. Proceed to SHWE SAN DAW to watch the panoramic view of sunset over the famous Ayeyarwaddy River.
Dinner will be served at local resaturant with puppet show.
Overnight stay in Bagan.

Day3: BAGAN

Breakfast at your hotel. And start your day in Bagan stroll through busy colorful local market.
Visit further temple including the site of TAYOKEPYAY TEMPLE in Min Nan Thu Village; PHAYA THONE ZU and NANDAMANYA TEMPLES noted for exquisite murals of 13th century and KYAT KAN CAVE monastery, a famous meditation retreat in Bagan.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant.
Visit farming villages around Bagan will give you insight into the rural life of the local people.
Late afternoon take a colorfully decorated ox-cart through some of the more off the beaten track temple sights. This is the traditional way of transportation used by people in Myanmar's countryside.
Dinner will be served at local resaturant.
Overnight stay in Bagan.

Day4: BAGAN – RV PAUKAN

Breakfast at your hotel.
Transfer to the jetty and begin a river journey on board RV PAUKAN to Mandalay.
In the late afternoon stop in a typical river village.
Lunch, dinner and overnight stay on board of RV Paukan.

Note: Itinerary and stops during the cruise are subject to changes depending on river conditions and local circumstances.

Day5: RV PAUKAN

Breakfast on board. Cruise all day with stop en route in the morning to visit Yandabo, a typical river
Village specialize in Pot-Making, where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed
on Feb. 24, 1826. Moor overnight near by a village (Ywar Thit Gyi or Pauk Myaing Pauk Taw) few
miles away from Ava Bridge.
(Please note that alternative river stops might take place on either day 03 or day 04).
Lunch, dinner and overnight stay on board RV Paukan (***, main deck cabin)

Day6: RV PAUKAN - MANDALAY

Breakfast on board. Disembark at jetty at meet with your guide and transfer to hotel.
Experience and comprehensive sightseeing in Mandalay visit one of the most revered religious monuments in Myanmar, the MAHAMUNI PAGODA, with its spectacular Buddha image covered with thick layers of gold leaves. Mandalay is well known for hanmade arts, craft and its skilled of craftsmen and traditional workshops, visit the process of pounding gold-leaf and also visit how bronze and marble Buddha statues are carved, cast and molded. And the production of wood carvings, kalaga tapestries are made.
And contiune visit to SHWE INBIN MONASTERY, This monastery is over 100 years old and can see beautiful wood curving. the GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, a superb ancient wooden building with intricate carvings, and KUTHODAW PAGODA, home to the world's largest book made of 729 marble slabs, inscribed with Buddhist teachings. And Kayuk Taw Gyi Pagoda to view the huge marble Buddha.
We observe the process of pounding gold leaf, detailing teakwood carvings and embroidering Myanmar tapestry. We also see how bronze and marble Buddha statues are carved, cast and molded.
Enjoy spectacular views at sunset from Mandalay Hill, where the great views of the surrounding countryside, Irrawaddy River and city centre.
Lunch and dinner will be served at local restaurant.
Overnight stay in Mandalay.

Day7: MANDALAY

After breakfast, excursion around Mandalay, first to explore the former capitals of SAGAING where located west side of the Ayeyarwaddy River. SAGAING HILL is home of 600 white-painted pagodas and monasteries, and is widely regarded as the religious center of Myanmar.
From the SAGAING HILLS, enjoy magnificent views overlooking the river and hill side covered with countless pagodas. Visit SWAN OO PON NYA SHIN PAGODA and U MIN THONE SAE PAGODA.
And visit local market and also stop at a small pottery village to see the process of making water pots found throughout Myanmar. And continue to well-known SILVERSMITH VILLAGE near Sagaing
Then continue excursion to former royal capital of INWA (AVA), reached by a short ferry ride will take across the Myint Nge River. Visits by horse-drawn carriage and pass through the ancient ruin city walls. Visit MAHA AUNGMYE BONZAN (also known as Ok Kyaung), built by a brick and stucco.
And visit the old wooden BAGAYA MONASTERY, famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts and still in use by local monks.
And visit to NANMYINT WATCH TOWER, the last remains of the Ava dynasty palace and also known as “the leaning tower of Ava“. In amid AVA, still remain many small villages and travel through by horse cart will see local life in the Burmese countryside.
And continue excursion to AMARAPURA, a former capital whose name means 'City of Immortality'.
The city well famous for its weaving and textile industries. Visit a silk weaving workshop which produces exquisite handmade products a cottage industry workshop to learn how Myanmar longyis and traditional fabrics are constructed.
After the whole day excursion, to have magical experiences in Myanmar with beautiful sunset at the 200-year-old U BEIN teak bridge built a simple yet strong teak structure that spans 1,2km over Taungtaman Lake in 1782. Later, return back to Mandalay.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant.
Dinner at hotel and overnight stay in Mandalay.

Day8: MANDALAY – HEHO – INLE LAKE

After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to HEHO. Upon arrival, scenic drive to Nyaung Shwe (32km, 1hour) where the gate way of the Inle Lake. Along the way, stop at the wooden Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery which red-painted teak building with unique oval shaped windows and features beautiful carvings.
And enjoy excursion by private long-tailed boat on INLE LAKE and pass villages built on stilts over the lake, inhabited by the local Intha people, typical floating gardens, and observe local methods of the leg-rowing fishermen’s fishing, and the magnificent scenery. Observe and see their floating gardens built up from strips of water hyacinth and mud and anchored to the bottom with bamboo poles. Visit PHAUNGDAW OO PAGODA, the lake’s main sanctuary, which contains most five sacred Buddha images covered in gold leaf by devout pilgrimages. Visit the NGA PHE KYAUNG MONASTERY, to explore collection of Buddha statue and famous for its jumping cats trained by monks. Visit to the weaving village of INPAWKHON, famous for traditional silk-weaving, Se Gaung Village, famous for the blacksmith work and Nan Pan Village where to observe how Burmese cigars, or “cheroots,” are traditionally packed and rolled by hand.
End the the day on the lake with a pleasant sunset surrounded by mountains

Overnight stay at hotel Nyaung Shwe or on the Inle Lake

Day9: INLE LAKE

After breakfast, visit one of the colorful and bustling morning market of Inle Lake region (on market days only).
And then excursion to western shore of the lake of ruins and hidden INN THEIN PAGODA complex. Along the way, passing through the busy villages which built tall houses on stilt and charming way of inhabitants of lake. And find the beginning of a stair path leading to the most amazing historical sights on the shore of the lake consisting of hundreds of small ruins and hidden stupas overgrown by moss and greens. Enjoy breathtaking views from the main stupa area on the top of the hills over surrounding and into the valley with the lake in the far distance.
Continue on foot to a village nearby where several crops are grown in traditional ways.
And 30 minutes walk along a pretty and easy shady path to the Intha village of SAEMA.
Visit the primary school of the village (on the school day only) and possibility to meet the children and teachers how their way of learning and teaching.
And then enjoy a relaxing 30 minute down a narrow creek paddle have on a wooden canoe for an exciting ride until rejoining the Lake near PAUNG DAW OO PAGODA.
Walk across to the weaving village of THA LAY. And meet the local people in the villages on the lake and viist to one of the monasteries to observe the monastic activities. Pass endless floating gardens, where fruit and vegetables are grown. Return to hotel.
Return by boat to hotel.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant.
Dinner and overnight stay on the lake or in Nyaung Shwe.

Day10: INLE LAKE – HEHO – YANGON

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer by boat to Nyaung Shwe and drive to (32km – 1hour) to Heho for domestic flight to YANGON. Upon arrival your car guide will be entire disposal until transfer to international airport for departure flight
